Hey Bwana do you think that Apple will brick any iPhone that are hacked with the installer.app?

Brick? Nah. I do think subsequent updates will fail unless you restore your iPhone back to the factory firmware.

I would have to agree… I do see a possible issue when doing a firmware update off of iTunes.. Just one word of Advice (remember your voicemail passcode..) When doing a factory restore you will be prompted for your Voice Mail Passcode..

Hey i bought yhe iphone on its release date and I’m probly one of the youngest iphone users. Dont get me wrong, the iphones great but i get bored with some of its applications. I was so happy to find the App Tapp installer, but as you probly know the iphone firmware update 1.1.1 the App Tapp installer is deleted. Do you know if the App Tapp will be able to work wiyh 1.1.1??? If so when??? If you or any if your veiwers know these answers please message me ASAP!! Thank You. Dakus57@aol.com.

Daniel, it should be any day now. 1.1.1 has been hacked and some solutions will be released real soon. Personally, I’m going to wait until AppTapp is updated.

Hey – I bought my iphone unlocked and I’m using 1.03 but haven’t tried setup the apptapp software. Will I need additional software to setup apptapp except Itunes and AppTappInstaller ?
