I have a Zune, and I love it. It's cool to be able to take your playlist with you and play it from any XBOX360, share songs wirelessly with friends, listen to the local radio, and have Zune Pass, which allows me to download an unlimited amount of songs from the Zune Marketplace. The firmware upgrade is just gravy.
