Ustream.TV Application for iPhone

In this video, I demonstrate the Ustream.TV application for the iPhone. Judging by the iTunes App store reviews, people believed this application to stream popular TV channels like ABC, CBS, and NBC. What it does, is feature streams from the Ustream.TV community found at the website, ustream.tv. You may not have heard of a lot of these shows since they are produced by people like you and me. These aren’t movie stars or celebrities, but regular people with a webcam and microphone. The application is rough around the edges, but is decent for a first revision. I was hoping I would be able to broadcast from the application like the Qik app (which requires a jailbreak), but this functionality can’t seem to get past Apple’s approvement process. I suspect AT&T has a great deal to do with this. If you want to watch my show (Tues & Thurs 8:30PM, Mon & Fri 7:00PM) you can find me in the featured section, and have fun. Enjoy.
