Facebook Updates Their TOS Which Affects Your Data

In this video, I discuss the recent Terms of Service update from the folks behind Facebook.  Essentially, Facebook has stated in so many words that they own whatever you post on Facebook.  This is something that has been in the news for quite some time but Facebook has made their verbiage a lot more clear (in the wrong direction).  I’ve always been reluctant to post a lot of stuff to Facebook for this reason, but I feel the same way about a lot of other services on the internet (Google, and yes, Youtube)  Be aware of what this says, no matter what Facebook says, their Terms of Service is clear and when it comes down to it, they’ll abide by it.  Take care.
