They have opened the doors to the general public to develop on the webOS platform. Palm is offering a great selection of options for developers to choose from. They can choose a $99 annual “full” account (fee waived for a limited time) or choose free options. Palm’s distribution differs from Apple in that they are allowing developers to use their own URL.
