When it first hit the scene a few months ago, it wasn’t quite ready for general use. Flash wasn’t working and a bunch of other features were missing. Now, the latest nightly builds of Chromium have working Flash and is generally stable enough for day to day usage. I’ve been using it as my default browser for about two weeks now and I’m very impressed with the speed and functionality. There are still some problems, but I highly recommend at least giving it a try. TechCrunch ran a great article on how to automatically grab the latest nightly build using their script: http://bit.ly/Du4uU Use this to get the latest build easily and enjoy Chromium!

Flash wasn't working and a bunch of other features were missing. Now, the latest nightly builds of Chromium have working Flash and is generally stable enough for day to day usage. I've been using it as my default browser for about two weeks now and I'm very impressed with the speed and functionality. There are still some problems, but I highly recommend at least giving it a try. TechCrunch ran a great article on how to automatically grab the latest nightly build using their script: http://bit.ly/Du4uU (http://bit.ly/Du4uU) Use this to get the latest build easily and enjoy Chromium!Formats available: MPEG4 Video (.mp4) (http://media.techpodcasts.com/bwanatv/blip.tv/file/get/Bwana-GiveChromiumForMacATry672.mp4), Flash Video (.flv) (http://media.techpodcasts.com/bwanatv/blip.tv/file/get/Bwana-GiveChromiumForMacATry199.flv)</itunes:summary>
